Please note your application can not be progressed unless you include your current employer details in your CV Days or Night Shifts : 36 hrs Responsibilities for the Peripatetic Nurses RGN/ RMN/ RNLD include: Assess residents' health and well-being across a difficult and changing caseload Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and well-being needs Provide and receive sensitive or contentious information Promote and develop best practice as a Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD Assist in maintaining and developing robust and compliant services Contribute to quality improvement Promote people's equality, diversity and rights Apply clinical reasoning skills to all scenarios. Requirements: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration Teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. A strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge is important Good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards. A successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments. Dedicated and ambitious.
