Permanent - 39 hours per week - Nights - 8pm-8am shifts Are you a compassionate individual with experience working in care? MHA are looking for a committed, hardworking Senior Care Assistant to join our thriving team at Hampton Lodge in Southampton. As a senior carer at MHA you will be a valued asset of the team and will contribute to our core values each day. At MHA we look for thise who are flexible in their approach and sensitive to the needs of of all service users and of course enjoy the company of older people. The successful candidate will have experience caring for older or vulnerable people and work well as part of a team. Senior Care Assistants at MHA play an essential role in leading care and ancillary staff members in all aspects of our service to residents and successfully form positive relationships with residents, families and professional colleagues. An NVQ Level 2, QCF or equivalent in health and social care is essential for this position and MHA encourage all colleagues to develop within their career with us using our various forms of training and support within the organisation. Hampton Lodge is situated just a couple of miles inland from Southampton's famous docks and the coast. Hampton Lodge provides high quality and dedicated nursing and residential dementia care for up to 44 people. On our most recent CQC report Hampton Lodge was described to have "a calm and welcoming atmosphere"; Hampton Lodge scored Good in every aspect on inspection.
