Overview
Are you a Healthcare Assistant working within Primary Care looking for well paid, flexible work around Stafford ? At Chase Medical, We're interested in hearing from Health Care Assistants with at least 6 months experience working within General Practice. It is essential for this role to be an experienced Primary Care Health Care Assistant, and be confident carrying out the following skills: Phlebotomy Blood pressure taking NHS & new patient checks Health and weight checks ECGs Working to PSDs Whilst not necessary, it would be advantageous to also be able to undertake: INR/ Warfarin clinics Flu vaccinations Immunisations eg- B12s, Pneumonia Dressings Ear Irrigations Spirometry Smoking cessation Candidates without experience specifically within Primary Care cannot be considered for this position. Locum work with Chase Medical Working with Chase Medical for locum shifts means you'll be paid competitive rates , £11.75 to £18 per hour , including holiday pay. As we have no minimum number of shifts or hours you're required to complete, you can work completely flexibly , allowing you to work as frequently (or infrequently) as you'd like. We often have shifts available to be booked a few months in advance, allowing you to plan your schedule with ease. Working with Chase Medical offers shifts in General Practice settings , as well as Out of Hours and Extended Access providers, as well as Walk-in Centres. This means we have a number of evening and weekend shifts , as well as our regular HCA shifts. Working across a number of environments is a wonderful way to build your professional network, and nurture your skillset. It is free to join Chase Medical, and with just one set of vetting to complete, this means you can be up and running, ready to pick up shifts as soon as possible Any shifts you work will be relevant to your skills , and the centres will provide a centre induction , allowing you to settle in quickly within different settings.
