If you can demonstrate experience in the following areas – you’re suited to this role: In-depth knowledge of Defined Benefit (Final Salary) and Defined Contribution (Money Purchase) schemes Demonstrable experience of manually calculating member benefits (Transfers, Leavers, Retirements, Deaths etc.) Number of years’ experience checking and mentoring junior colleagues & their work Forward thinking mentality – progressive Career progression is extremely realistic here - what they aim to do is to put your career in your own hands, whether that means moving vertically into a more senior position, or taking a side step into a more projects/system or consultancy based role.
