Sunrise of Guildford are recruiting for a Care Assistant / Med Tech (Full time days or nights based on your preference), to join our Care team and earn up to £10.20 per hour (depending on experience). No problem Previous experience within the Care sector is preferred but not essential as we provide full comprehensive training. All our new care team members undergo a 2 week induction programme including eLearning, commencement of your care certificate underpinning knowledge of 15 standards and practical sessions which include Memory Care Pathway, Falls documentation training, Dining experience and Allergen, Basic Care and Customer Service skills. We also arrange competency and shadow shifts as part of your training. Our Management team will be there every step of your career to guide and support you. We will give you a 10p enhancement on your hourly rate after 6 months service, 20p after 12 months and 30p for 2 year`s service Working as part of a highly committed Care team at Sunrise, the Care Assistant is one of the key and fundamental roles within our communities. About you Our strength lies in the quality of our care and in turn the people we employ to deliver that care.
