HR Adviser – Dudley MBC

HR Adviser - Dudley MBC I am currently recruiting for a HR Adviser for Dudley MBC. 37 hours Per Week - £14.32 per hour LTD rate of pay The ideal candidate will have: •Demonstrate experience of providing a range of HR and OD Services at an operational level •An understanding of how customers service objectives relates to the HR and OD function •Experience of advising and supporting all levels of managers and staff on all disciplines relating to HResource and OD issues •CIPD Level 5 qualified, along with a minimum of 12 months post qualifying experience or equivalent •Evidence of continuous professional development and keeping up to date with employment law and best practice across all sectors •A Knowledge of Equality legislation •Knowledge and understanding of current Employment legislation •Knowledge of Local Government/Public Sector and Teachers terms and conditions.
