Overview
One of the most established Independent Fostering Agency on a national level with Good OFSTED in all area are looking for a Fostering Social Work specialist to be the Agency's Foster carer and Social worker's Trainer. As a Learning and Development Trainer, You will be responsible for: Supporting the Training Manager to formulate regional training plans and meet expectations Maintain sufficient stock of course materials to ensure effective Keep up to date with the training requirements and knowledge to develop social workers and foster carers The role is a Permanent/ Full time and is a non case holding role, although due to the nature of the job, extensive travelling might be required depending on training needs between the offices located in area of responsibility. This is a unique opportunity to contribute and improve the level of care and skills and enhance the level of service to children and families.
