About The Role Full time and part time shifts available (days & nights) to work between our two homes in Durham City. As a Nurse at HC One, you’ll value kindness above all. Because it drives every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Foryou, that will mean delivering the very highest standard of care as youassess nursing needs, identify and taking the right interventions forevery resident who needs you. You’ll also supervise colleagues, manageshifts and make sure flawless handover summaries are completed to ensurecontinuity of care. Above all, it’s about ensuring our residents are atthe core of everything you do. We’relooking for a Registered Nurse with valid Pin number, knowledge ofNational Standards and NMC code of practice. Not to mention a backgroundin person centred care planning within a care home. Beyond that, it’sall about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to getalong with people. You’ll be a great mentor who can manage timeeffectively and keep meaningful records. And, whenever you communicatewith a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.
