Not everything’s about shift and salary…is it? Are you done with night shifts? Would a day shift pattern be just what you’re looking for? Are you ready to lead a small team of maintenance engineers? I know that shift and salary isn’t the only consideration when looking for a new maintenance engineering position, but let’s face it, when you’ve done your time on nights, a day’s-based position is a welcome relief You’ll be joining a business with multiple sites within the UK as well as investments and holdings globally. We deal with everything from flowers to fruit and vegetables and supply many of the big 4 retailers. A maintenance engineering team is the life blood of any food manufacturing site and here it’s no exception. Nothings perfect and with us, I would be lying if I said there wouldn’t be challenges. Your expertise will help reduce reactive maintenance, put better SOP’s in place, deliver PPM schedules, and tidy up our engineering stores. All this whilst mentoring and supporting a small team of engineers can be too much for some, but for you it’s exactly what you’re looking for.
