Lettings Administrator 12m FTC £28,000 - £30,000 Holborn THE COMPANY: A global property rental agency are looking to expand their team with an experienced Residential Property Administrator. This position offers the opportunity to join an established international business with over 47,000 properties under ownership worldwide. THE ROLE: The Lettings Administrator duties will include; - Support the Property Managers with admin tasks on a day to day basis and during projects - Take an active role in the ongoing management of compliance conduct contractor vetting, due diligence and maintaining accurate supplier databases - Update and upload documents to database and maintain CRM database - Provide suppliers with relevant information for upcoming check outs and utilities etc. - Key management - maintain existing database and issuing of keys to internal and external suppliers - Assist with the uploading and processing of invoices and invoice amendments - Prepare outbound correspondence via post or email to existing residents - Support Property Managers with immediate tenant matters - Administrative support for projects such as HMO Licence applications, new acquisition processes and departmental projects THE PERSON: - Proven administration experience in a professional office environment - Experience of working with property or property administration is preferred - Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner - Strong ability to effectively prioritise and co-ordinate tasks - A positive attitude towards routine tasks - Accurate worker with and exceptional attention to detail - Have both a reliable and flexible approach to work - A team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
