Overview
Good Companions are proud to be rated as Good by the Care Quality Commission. Our team continues to grow so we are looking for Carers for domiciliary and live-In positions that are as passionate about providing the best possible care to the customers we support in our local community. Experience or Qualifications are not essential as all training, qualifications and support is given. Due to the nature of the role you are required to hold a valid driving licence. Your own car is not essential as the company offers a Car Scheme (terms and conditions apply). We require our staff to work a fixed availability of Morning and Lunch shift hours 7am till 3pm and/or Tea and Bed shifts hours 3pm till 10.30pm Main responsibilities and duties: • To support the physical, emotional, and social needs of our customers using a person-centred approach. • To create and maintain good professional relationships with our customers, their families and friends; as well as the extended care team. • Safety and compassion at all times.
