Overview

Role title: Administrator Location: Northop Working hours: 20 hours per week - 37 weeks per year Salary: £8,561.34 - £9,157.98 based on a salary assessment and relevant experience. We are seeking a friendly, organised, and adaptable person to join our administration team at our Northop site. JOB PURPOSE To provide effective and efficient team based administration for the directorate whilst continuously meeting customer needs and displaying the college behaviours. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR An enthusiastic and approachable person who enjoys working in a busy environment. Someone who has exceptional customer service skills, who remains calm and professional at all times. Somebody who is happy to work flexibly as part of team providing cover where needed Someone who has recent experience in a fast paced office environment. A candidate that is comfortable taking minutes in meetings An individual who holds an NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent in a professional area of expertise and holds a level 2 Customer service qualification. A proficient user of Microsoft office and Google applications. Someone who is comfortable working with office equipment such as telephone systems, document scanning and data management devices. Those who are familiar with and have experience of specialist IT packages will be advantageous, as will those who have worked in an education or training environment. The ability to speak Welsh is highly desirable for this role. A DBS Disclosure will be requested from the successful candidate being offered the position.
