Overview
Are you a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy currently working in a residential home for looked after children where lack of support, "heads on beds" business model, rapid expansion and compromised safety are common practice? Motivations Care is a small, independent residential care provider for vulnerable children and young people. We are currently recruiting for a passionate and resilient Registered Manager for our home based outside of Wolverhampton. A positive attitude, great communication and leadership skills, resilience, commitment and a passion for the role are some of the attributes we expect from the successful applicant. Flexibility and adaptability are also essential for the smooth running of the home. QCF Level 5 or willingness to work towarrds it and full manual UK driving licence are required.
