Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Chartered Financial Planning company based in Cambridge who are looking to recruit a business support administrator. Main Duties: Business Operations Review and update the Business Operations Schedule (BOS) as required. Monitor and action emails Liaising with Head of Business Operations to establish workloads and priorities. Producing and collating management information reports. Drafting and editing templates on a quarterly basis. Reviewing and editing existing business policies and documents. Exporting and manipulating data from the business client database. Reviewing and cleansing data on core systems. Interacting with all areas of the business whilst supporting the Business Operations culture in a positive way. Monitoring and maintaining sufficient levels of compliance meeting documents (Print out) Liaising with external providers eg. electrician, fire warden, landlord etc. Ensuring stationery and kitchen supplies are kept to sufficient levels Front of House - to support and deputise for this role. This would include: Meeting and greeting clients who attend the office and arranging refreshments, including lunches, as required. Keeping meeting rooms clean and tidy throughout the working day and topped up with supplies. Answering and directing telephone calls. Processing incoming and outgoing post, including special deliveries. Scanning and attaching post and other relevant documents to back-office system. Facilitating Skype meetings, conference calls and associated technology required. Actioning emails received to a generic inbox Updating Client Documents Register when documents received Preparing outgoing post (including special delivery requirements) Completion of mass mailings as required, by either post email Maintaining whiteboard with daily meetings and staff absences.
