Temporary opportunity for someone to join a busy finance team in Chesterfield as an Accounts Assistant Your new company Hays are looking for someone to join their clients growing team on a temporary basis to support with year end. The company will offer you flexible working and a fantastic working environment. Your new role You will be working in a busy fast paced environment supporting the management accountant with year end by maintaining the sales and purchase ledger with a focus on credit control. You will be raising sales invoices and chasing payments along with reconciling the company bank account. What you'll need to succeed You must be immediately available or have a short notice period to start in this role. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be able to pick up new tasks quickly, have relevant experience in the above duties along with wanting to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment. What you'll get in return You will get an hourly rate of up to £12 per hour depending on your experience a competitive benefits package and a great working environment. This could be a full time or part time position to suit your needs and can be flexible hours depending on the right candidate.
