Overview
Are you an experienced Production Manager looking for a work/life balance? We are currently recruiting for a local company based in central Essex with close links to the A127/M25 who are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join their busy team. Our client has a number of sister companies across the UK, which in turn services a customer base of over 37,000 UK based clients. We are looking for a candidate who can effectively manage staff and functions of the production department to ensure that items are processed daily and made ready for dispatch. The successful candidate will be managing a team of approximately 45 colleagues including supervisors and supporting the managerial team. We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record as a successful Production Manager in a fast-paced environment. Experience in lean manufacturing techniques would be an advantage along with managing improvement projects.
