Overview
Semi-skilled Operators, Back Shift, Elgin, Long term role, immediate start on offer Your new company You will be working as a semi-skilled operator for a leading manufacturing organisation based in Elgin. You will be employed initially on a temporary basis via Hays but will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent role based on your performance. Your new role As a semi-skilled operator you will work in a team in timber manufacturing to assemble timber frames and panels. You will be working with other semi skilled ops and joiners and reporting to your workshop manager. This role follows a shift Pattern - most commonly this would be night shift; starting at 3pm until 1.30am Monday - Thursday night. Additional weekend working and overtime is also possible. What you'll need to succeed You must be able to work quickly and efficiently whilst keeping your working area tidy. You must follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures and work safely at all times. You must be able to work with others. You will be trained in elements required in timber manufacturing and must be able to follow these instructions. Basic Timber experience would be preferred.
