365 & Desktop Support Engineer London, £33.5k Excellent Benefits Bench IT are recruiting on behalf of our customer based in central London. The client are a global organisation and require an experienced Office 365 & Desktop Support Engineer. Essential skills and experience: Current Windows OS (Windows 7 & 10) level knowledge Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills Azure Active Directory (desirable) Exchange SharePoint Online OneDrive Active Directory experience Further analysis of Incidents and Problems to arrive at Root Causes (RCA) Good Troubleshooting skills in Outlook 2016 and mobile device management etc ITIL foundation (desirable) Monitor End User Services in a proactive way to minimise the occurrence of service outage and hands on experience in providing efficient and reliable service to End users by providing Remote support Handle, investigate and resolve Incidents in order to maximise system availability for users in a timely fashion and in such a way as to exceed the set Service Levels Excellent communications skills 365 & Desktop Support Engineer London, £33.5k Excellent Benefits
