This is a great opportunity to join an established and friendly Insurance & Financial Services organisation. Our client, with an excellent reputation, providing some of the best Customer Services in the UK and are 'Award-Winning' and are 5 rated for this service nationally every year. The successful applicant will speak to the local community by offering all types of Financial Services including Home & Car Insurance Policies, Pensions, Investments (and more). This is an inbound Customer Service/Sales role, some outbound- (no cold calling) cross-selling and up-selling various products, you also will have support from our clients' database and working in a team of and helping with Renewals of Car Insurance, Home Insurance, Pensions, Investments, and general administration Our client is established in the local area for many years and a highly respected brand name. You will also be involved in day to day administrative duties and speak with Customers to offer our client's wide range of Financial Products. You will have a positive and friendly telephone manner in order to carry out any sales tasks and be very customer focused with an excellent telephone manner. This is a Monday to Friday position hours 9 - 5 pm. (This is not a call center environment). Our client will offer you a very good bonus structure, which can be discussed on application.
