Overview
Contracts Manager (Yorkshire based but Nationwide) Following an exceptionally busy 2019, and set against some business uncertainty this family owned contractor that work with some of the biggest names in Retail & property are looking to bolster their team with an additional Contracts Manager. Detailed knowledge of working on schemes up to £10m in a variety of sectors from retail parks, industrial build through to care home schemes is essential for this role. You will be liaising directly with clients (taking schemes from inception to completion, attending tender meetings, going through design & value engineering projects) through to allocating staffing resource and dealing with specialist sub-contractors. Repeat business has been key to the success of the company so delivery of high quality schemes, on time and in budget is a key to their continued growth hence a stable track record of working in a regional contracting setting will be necessary for the successful candidate.
