Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with our client based in Doncaster who are looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator to support the Purchasing Team. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave. The right candidate will be committed, well-organised and able to work to strict deadlines. You need to have a flexible attitude towards work, with the ability to accept and implement changes when necessary. Role Responsibilities: - Supporting the external teams with the preparation of promotion, pricing, terms and other schedules - Liaising with suppliers and members and delivering a good and accurate service - Collating financial and other data for input into the company system and maintaining databases - Chasing suppliers and members for any required information - Providing administration and clerical support (including reception support) where required - Communicating effectively at all levels and to deadlines set Requirements: - Ability to use own initiative to problem solve - An understanding of suppliers and product categories essential - Have a proven solid administration background with excellent attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team and autonomously - Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail - Ability to deal with staff at all levels - Good IT skills - MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential - Ability to manage conflicting priorities - Ability to deal with sensitive issues and confidential information - Highly organised with excellent time management Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on Administration positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
