Resource Planning Analyst

Longreach Recruitment are hiring a Resource Planning Analyst for a newly created role within a growing Planning team for a market leading, growth orientated organisation. The position is based in modern offices located in Cardiff with first class staff facilities and provides a base salary between £28’000 - £32’000 Broad Benefits and first-class professional growth opportunities. This is an ideal position for a contact centre experienced Resource Planner with demonstrable experience of the ‘end to end’ Resource Planning process. You’ll have experience with WFM tools, have intermediate capabilities within Excel, be tech’ savvy and have a flexible approach to working hours Key Role Purpose & Responsibilities of the Resource Planning Analyst include. The Analyst is responsible for allocating resource against anticipated workload volumes, managing adherence to the schedule, monitoring and improving offline activity and optimising staff utilisation. You'll play a key role in assisting in the development and introduction of Planning processes, methods and systems into the operation The role is highly influential with regular interaction with a broad spectrum of stakeholders What Have You Done Before? What Do You Need to Demonstrate?
