What’s the role? The Senior Payroller will be integral in the payroll operations of this organisation. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will be motivated and resourceful in order to ensure correct practises are followed. Responsibilities include: - Supervising the payroll teams in ensuring all payments are made accurately and on time. - Motivating, developing and leading the team. - Making sure everything is processed in line with compliance and legislation. - Building strong relationships with other departments and dealing with queries or issues. What will you need? - Bags of confidence in processing payroll from end to end, ultimate responsibility for everything being correct will lie with you. - Excellent knowledge of payroll, PAYE, benefits and pension calculations because for this role you’ll need to know it inside and out. - Good knowledge of Cyborg or iTrent. - Strong I.T skills, pivot tables and vlookups are your friends.
