Accounts Payable Analyst £15PH Woking My client are a multi-national fin-tech company based in Woking and are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst for 3-6 months. Duties Include: Processing invoices on SAP for one of our UK Based entities. Helping the AP Analysts based in our Delhi office with their queries, reviewing and approving their work Ensuring the Two and Three-way matching of invoices is being carried out Preparation of month end payment request files (Cash Flow Forecasting) Cost analysis Processing payments Vendor reconciliations Credit card reconciliations Bank reconciliations Assisting with new ERP system implementation Assisting with ongoing projects Other administrative duties Requirements: Qualified Accounts Technician/Part Qualified Accountant/Newly Qualified Accountant Previous 3 years Accounts Payable experience dealing with high volumes - multi-entity and multi-currency Business/Accounting degree or equivalent preferred Good analytical skills Proactive and a self-starter Solid expertise in SAP invoice processing, Microsoft Office products and strong expertise in Excel (e.g., VLookup, Pivot tables, etc.)
