Overview

We are looking for temporary cover for a well established company in the Bolton area. This company have been in business for over 150 years and are looking for someone to cover in their Warranty team for a 2 week period from 23/03/20 until the 07/04/20 About The Role: Handling and progressing all customer product / warranty complaints Raising delivery paperwork and log any problems Overseeing warranty repairs and return of vehicles to factories for rectification Controlling the company delivery diary and drivers Scheduling weekly jobs for the field service operatives Authorising monthly drivers timesheets and expense claims Log and action technical service vehicle recalls Essential Skills & Experience: Confident telephone manner Strong organisational skills Keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills Able to multi task and working to strict deadlines Methodical, analytical and process led Strong IT knowledge Effective coordinating skills Complaint handling About The Benefits: Hours of work, Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm Competitive pay, GBP9.00 per hour Weekly pay Free car parking
