Overview
Temporary FX Documentation Onboarding Analyst Key responsibilities: We are looking for an individual with exceptional organizational skills, who has the ability to work to a tight deadline and prioritise work efficiently. Duties will be very varied and will include; Work alongside key stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals from the relevant credit, risk, capacity and legal teams Support the efficient completion and overall success of negotiation of the document with clients. Support the maintenance of Onboarding Procedures, Policies and Guides Manage the document retention process. Support productivity by reviewing and enhancing processes, systems and structure with the goal of reducing the time to conclude contracts; Coordinate meeting arrangements, manage client onboarding trackers, maintain task lists, proofreading of legal documents Education level and/or relevant experience Bachelors degree or equivalent 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the financial services industry, a plus. Experience in foreign exchange trading instruments and fund structures a plus Experience with standard desktop, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and strong Excel skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Strong ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities, while meeting deadlines. Ability to interact with internal and external clients. Strong problem solving, organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
