Temporary ongoing Customer Service Administrator Your new company Your new company is a well respected private sector organisation within Sheffield, who are growing rapidly and looking to expand their team. Your new role Your new role will see you working as part of a small team, taking inbound calls and liaising with internal departments. You will be responsible for advising customers and clients, as well as logging information onto the internal system and booking appointments. What you'll need to succeed Ideally, you will have experience working on inbound calls, and be confident in speaking through procedures and policies (full training will be provided). You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) and be a logical thinker who has a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
