Overview
Call Centre - Sales - LE1 - Up to £25,000 OTE - Immediate Interviews Your next opportunity to develop your sales and customer focused skill-set could be located in Leicester, City Centre. You will: Successfully generating business via telephone sales and handling customer objections via B2C. Deliver excellent customer service satisfaction by identify customer needs using a sales approach. Negotiate pricing and build rapport with customers in a sales environment. Achieve set sales targets - Full support is given to assist meeting your goals. Salary & Benefits: Start Date: ASAP Up to £25,000 OTE P/A (includes basic and commission) Hours: 10:00am - 19:00pm (Mon to Fri) Sales and Customer Service training/coaching. Overtime? - Weekends Employee and social incentives. Essential skill-set: - Previous customer service experience or sales (telemarketing, outbound sales, direct sales, field sales, face to face sales and telesales, B2B, B2C) - Have a resilient and ambitious approach. - Positive and outgoing customer service. - Ability to build rapport with customers.
