Overview
Community RNLD Rochdale Up to £30k Starting Salary Search are looking for an RNLD to join a fantastic complex care provider in Rochdale and the surrounding areas. We are looking for someone qualified as an RNLD/RGN/RMN to provide clinical support to adults with learning disabilities across Rochdale/Bury and Oldham. Responsibilities: Medication Administration to service users Offer clinical and non-clinical support to service users Lead a team of dedicated support workers and staff across outreach and supported living services You will possess a good knowledge of CQC regulations, an ability to provide the best possible service to families and service users, and use your own initiative. You will be able to provide care plans and risk assessments, and offer behavioural support. We welcome newly-qualified nurses to apply.
