Overview

Pay: £9-10 per hour Duration: 3 month contract The mission of the Academic Registry is to provide efficient and professional support services across the University in the areas of academic quality and governance, student records and data, educational partnerships, and student and course administration from enrolment to graduation. Main Duties & Responsibilities of the role: To input student-related data into the Student Record System and to process amendments. To maintain the accuracy and integrity of data held on the Student Record System. Administrative processes related to Student Finance and assistance with all student related events. To assist with the Board of Examiners. General There may be a requirement for these duties to be carried out across different sites within the University. Education, Qualifications & Training Good general education and solid admin experience Knowledge & Experience Experience of working with computer database systems Experience of working in Higher Education would be ideal Excellent use of Microsoft office Methodical and accurate approach - meticulous attention to detail Special Requirements Willingness to work at any of the University's campuses Gi Group are committed to protecting the privacy of all of our candidates and clients.
