Conveyancing Solicitor

A multi-office law firm is now seeking an experienced conveyancing solicitor/qualified conveyancer to join their team in Bury. Your role as the conveyancing solicitor will be to manage a full caseload of (non-volume) residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including sale and purchases of freehold/leasehold, transfers of equity and new builds. The firm has a loyal client base which is testament to their great reputation in the local area. Whilst you'll be joining an established conveyancing team with plenty of support and guidance, you must be able to work with little supervision. You'll also be allowed to undertake marketing/business development activities with local estate agents and introducers. You must be a qualified residential conveyancer (conveyancing solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or a legal executive with proven experience handling a caseload from start to finish with little supervision). Salary is negotiable depending on the level of experience and long term career development is on offer. Based in Bury, the firm's offices are commutable from Bolton, Blackburn, Burnley, Preston and Manchester.
