RSR Regulator are currently recruiting for an experienced AV Installation Engineer to work on a temporary contract based in South West of England. Our client has a reputation for high quality, internationally-leading education, research and innovation. The AV Installation Engineer will be required to provide first and second line support for Audio Visual services including installation, content capture, and events support. Duties and responsibilities Work on project design and rotating between the Service Desk and other service teams You will have the skills and develop knowledge of the organisation services to resolve common faults and own their resolution end to end. Every day will be different in a fast pace and ever-changing environment as you log and prioritize work and escalate high priority issues; advise staff on ‘how to’ update records and knowledge bases which will build your knowledge and skills as you meet each and every challenge. Skills required Customer service orientated role supporting AV/IT services. Relevant education qualifications and professional certification (or equivalent experience). An analytical approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills. Highly effective working in a team and great with customers.
