Excellent project contract administration co-ordinator role working in Chiswick for a leading oil and gas consultancy. They are needing a strong and capable administrator to be a key member of the team. The role requires a highly capable and analytical administrator who is a team player and initiative to deliver. The role involves many elements where SharePoint is a key tool. So being confident in SharePoint is essential. You will be required also to attend meetings and minute take key points that will be circulated to stakeholder level. Previous experience working in events and the ability to work on more than one project at a time is essential. The level of professionalism in this organisation is second to none. You must be diligent, friendly, proactive and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Travel within the contract period is likely. Contract to start asap.
