Overview

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a local organisation with a national presence who are looking to recruit an Office Manager. This is a new position within the organisations and will be responsible for a multitude of tasks which can range anything from meeting and greeting visitors to planning the christmas party. Duties include but are not limited to; Diary management for Directors Support and prepare board presentations and minute taking at management meetings Screen phone call enquiries and deal with where appropriate Management of the annual calendar or events and activities including christmas party, conferences etc. Sourcing and negotiating prices for accommodation, meetings and catering Collating monthly sales reports Management and control of annual office budget Experience required; Experience with diary management and booking travel is essential Experience with minutes and preparing board presentations Positive can do attitude with the willingness to hep out in any area as and when required Confident and clear communicator with the ability to communicate at any level Please apply now to be part of this exciting opportunity to join a local yet very successful company.
