Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private PA to support a busy entrepreneur on a private (70%) and business basis (30%) based in Weybridge, Surrey. You would be responsible for a diverse range of duties both within the office and from the household. Our client is considering candidates on a full or part time basis - working hours below. The ideal candidate would be highly organised, have a calm and proactive manner and must be highly confidential. Personal PA support (70%) Personal PA support (70%) - often working from the CEO’s home and managing housekeepers, contractors, gardeners and any other suppliers. Ensuring that the CEO’s home runs smoothly and managing utility bills, personal finances etc. Holiday bookings for the CEO and the family - ensuring detailed itineraries, visas, immunisation, car hire and all other travel related documentation. Responsible for organising all business and personal social events - restaurant bookings, social events (tennis, cricket, wellness breaks etc) Expense management - ensure all financial documentation is kept up to date and often liaising with banking managers. Supporting the CEO with property portfolio both within the UK and abroad Event management - responsible for organising both business and personal events. Sourcing venues or if from the home coordinating suppliers, contractors and caterers. Support the CEO with research and projects. Support the CEO with household responsibilities Proactively organising and streamlining household administration, including insurances, utilities, car servicing, and general life admin. Business PA (30%) Maintain the CEO’s demanding diary ensuring no diary clashes, dealing with all appointment requests and making both personal and business appointments / meetings. Arrange all business & personal travel arrangements for the CEO and the family, including complex travel itineraries, car hire, visas and all other travel related documentation. First point of contact for any visitors or initial business enquiries ensuring the business and CEO is represented in a professional manner at all times. Providing a very high level of confidentiality, often dealing with highly personal and sensitive information. Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO who is often in high demand. Ensure the CEO is kept organised and on time for meetings / appointments. Manage the office stationary, cleaning contractors and mobile phone providers. Working Hours Fleixibility on hours is required on occasions to support the CEO Profile Can-do approach Previous Private PA support advantageous Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities Organised and detail-oriented Flexible and available outside of work hours Able to roll up sleeves and get involved in household activities Good with Microsoft Office Candidates ideally need to be a car driver to travel between the office and home Should you be interested in this role, please apply online or email us at Link Professionals.
