Overview
I am currently working with a high end residential developer who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to be based at their Head Office in South West London The bulk of the role is dealing with future customers along with residents who are living in one of several high end housing developments around the Battersea & Chelsea area. Ideally, you will be experienced and will have a good understanding of the new build industry Day to day duties: Being the main point of contact for the Customer Service Department Dealing with queries and complaints from residents & future customers Booking engineers in to deal with repairs Logging defects Visiting housing developments where necessary Communicating with customers both via email & over the phone If you are interested in applying for this job please do so below or for more information please contact Zoe Georgiou at the London office
