Overview

What you will do Responsible for providing a high-quality HR service and develop an effective working relationship with our client to bring benefit to both client and Capita Collaborate with the client to share practice, knowledge and expertise to ensure we have the breadth of capability in a changing environment Supports the design, management and communication of mobility policies and procedures Understands the local employment processes in order to ensure a seamless transition for the transferring employee Effectively manage service issues and failures and take appropriate corrective action to minimise risk of re-occurrence Ensure regular scheduled communication with client to facilitate feedback, knowledge share and effectively manage client expectation Actively monitor overall team performance and identify areas for improvement and encourage an innovative approach to the customer service provision Assign work to team members, monitor and supervise the day-to-day delivery and quality standards of the work Meet with team members individually on a monthly basis to review performance, provide constructive feedback and identify and agree on future objectives, assessing against the competency framework Provide effective coaching to team members in the required technical and behavioural competencies Monitor team performance against expectations and Service Level Agreements for all activities including Costings and Packages; Travel EREQ's, Expense Reimbursements, Vendor Invoices and general relocation enquiries. Manage the call coaching process by evaluating calls and providing timely feedback Adhere to the business assurance standards as agreed with client What we're looking for: Previous experience of implementation, administration and reporting of mobility processes and practices Proven track record in managing a client account and supporting a team to provide a superior level of professional customer service Previous experience in a supervisory position where responsibilities included operational and people supervision of a team Experience in monitoring, collating and preparing MI data and analysis against Service Level Agreements Demonstrated knowledge of relevant employment legislation and experience applying it practically in the workplace Ability to communicate effectively with clear and concise language verbally and with written correspondence Demonstrated ability and intermediate knowledge of various computer programmes including Word, Excel and Outlook and experience using HR information management systems About HR Solutions Capita HR Solutions helps employers to maximise the performance of their HR functions from core transactional services, through to complete organisational transformation.
