You don’t need to have worked in the motor industry before. If you love customer service and have experience in a premium/high-end environment and are interested in automotive, please apply. What will you be doing: You will be the driving force behind the sales department and will be responsible for a team of motivated and driven sales people. You, and your team, will educate, inspire and skilfully guide our customers through an exciting and pleasurable buying experience. You will combine your role with an industry recognised ILM Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor qualification to support your continued development. Required Skills & Experiences: Excellent communication and negotiation skills You will have a valid UK Driving Licence. You will need to be highly motivated, personable and extremely organised. You will need to have a passion for new technology and be up to date with the latest innovations in the market. Previous experience of working in a premium/high-end customer facing environment (this does NOT have to be in the automotive industry) You will have good IT and administration skills Qualification: ILM Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor - the successful applicant will study toward an industry recognised qualification. All training is funded by the employer. Duration: 18 months (approx.) Funded by your employer To join the programme, the successful applicant must have achieved a minimum of 3 GCSEs (grade A-C/4-9). Equivalent grades are accepted. What will I learn?
