Care Assistant – Thatcham RG18 – £8.72 to £9.20 -Permanent Home is rated GOOD by the CQC This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company that is a household name. Roles available - NIGHTS or DAYS – 36hrs hour per week - £8.72 per hour for entry rate, to £9.20 depending on experience. 3 shifts a week, 8pm-8am or 8am-8pm, including every other weekend on a rota. Key Responsibilities To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive. To follow individual care plans for each resident, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both. Person specification (Care Assistant) 2 years Care Experience is essential and a caring nature is crucial. Additional Training will be provided. Ideally have a NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, QCF or equivalent environment (not essential) A willingness to develop new skills This is a fantastic opportunity; please apply online in the first instance.
