Working Hours: Full Time and Part Time available. Shifts: Day and Night available Reporting to: Nurse in charge/ Senior Carer We require Care Assistants to assist in the provision of care and work as part of a team to achieve required standards. You will ensure residents retain their dignity and individuality and be involved in the general activities of the Care Home. We require individuals who have a genuine interest in working within a caring environment. You must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work as part of a team. A Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes is essential as well as a satisfactory DBS check and check against the ISA List (where applicable). We are keen to hear from experienced care workers with VNQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care. Ideally you will have worked in a care home or similar environment for 2 years.
