Care Assistant – Hadleigh, Ipswich IP7 – Permanent - £9.10/hr plus – 36 hours per week Working in an absolutely stunning Nursing Home, we are looking for staff on days or nights at present as follows – DAYS – 36 hours (3 x 12 Hour Shifts) 8am-8pm (Inc. Alternative Weekends) NIGHTS – 36 hours (3 x 12 Hour Shifts) 8pm-8am (Inc. Alternative Weekends) We are looking for experienced care staff who on days and/or nights at present. You will be working in a New home (2017), which has been fully refurbished by its owners. It is a large, modern nursing home. You will be joining a fantastic group of homes, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes. You will be tasked with assisting with the resident’s care plan, supervising the caring team, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met. Key Responsibilities To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive. To act as a key worker for a named group of residents, ensuring that these responsibilities are carried out in full. Details 36 hour contracts available on DAYS and NIGHTS £9.10 per hour (Permanent Contract) Excellent public transport links Person specification Experience of working in a, elderly care environment (essential), minimum of 1 year relevant care experience (essential).
