You will be part of a broad business team that will always be at the cutting-edge of trends and technologies within the Equine Health Supplement industry … Looking for driven motivated individuals only Package Details: Permeant Position - £30,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience) Monday – Friday 09:00am – 5:00pm Company Pension 25 Days holidays Bank Holidays Free Car Parking outside office Progression Opportunities You will be required to: Set up a new development laboratory Review and develop existing formulations Develop new formulations Liaise with suppliers to understand new ingredient technologies Liaise with manufacturing plant to ensure formulations are developed in line with production capabilities Oversee first production runs Assist with solving and correcting in process blending problems Commercial acumen to ensure cost effective, fit for purpose formulations are developed Work across multi functions including operations, quality commercial and product management Experience: Have equine/pet or health supplement formulation development experience Have a degree in a scientific discipline MUST have a good knowledge of FEMAS and BETA NOPS regulatory requirements To apply, please send a copy of your CV and a covering letter to or, alternatively, submit your application via the link below.
