Junior Sous Chef - Dining Pub - Tonbridge We are currently recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef and the team in all aspects of the kitchen, including training, gross profit margins, stock control and hygiene. The Place Our client is the epitome of a classic British pub in the heart of the countryside, serving great food and an excellent selection of ales and wines. They have won a selection of awards and pride themselves on serving fantastic dishes using the best local seasonal produce on offer. This site is a lovely pub in the heart of Tonbridge.
