Overview
We are urgently seeking an experience Child Care Legal Officer to provide legal advice and assistance and undertake legal casework under supervision of solicitors arising mainly in relation to Social Services issues for one of our local government clients based in Ashton-Under-Lyne. The Child Care Legal Officer will provide legal and administrative support to solicitors, mainly in the area of Social Services, but also in other areas of legal as required. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following: Previous experience in a legal support role or within a legal department Excellent Communication and administrative skills High attention to detail Ability to work to timescales and prioritise work loads Understanding of Child Care Legal services and Social Services Please apply for further information.
