We at Lunatus Resourcing Ltd are representing a 5 star care group looking for Night Care Assistants to join their team in Chigwell Essex. The hours range from 36 to 42 hours per week. The Care Assistant role is fundamental in creating a caring and family environment so the residents can enjoy a happy and comfortable life. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing excellent care and support to the residents Assisting with meals Engaging in day to day activities and providing companionship Providing support to the family members Working closely with other team members and management team Ideally you would have a minimum NVQ/ SVQ level 2 and/ or experience in working as a Care Assistant/ Support Worker. But most importantly that you have the right attitude and are a compassionate and caring person .
