An opportunity for a Pharmacist Manager is now available to join a bustling well-established community pharmacy group in the Bristol area. Great opportunity for a Pharmacist looking for your first management opportunity or an experienced Pharmacist Manager who is looking to join a community pharmacy that makes time for their customers and staff but also want to be part of a larger company that offer a generous benefits package and career development. Basic Salary Circa £47,000 Bonus This community pharmacy offers essential, advanced and enhanced NHS Services to the local community, with an experienced team in place to deliver key services. The Role You will be leading your pharmacy team in delivering exceptional service to the local community. Developing pharmacy sales, services, and profitability. This opportunity is available for 5 days per week Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. The Benefits Bonus GPhC fees paid Generous Holiday Allowance Training Support Career development through their various clinical and community divisions About You You will be a qualified commercially minded experienced Pharmacist who is registered with the GPhC in the UK, ideally with leadership experience.
