Care Assistant – Woolverstone IP9 – Permanent – £9.20/hr We are looking for staff on days and nights at present as follows – DAYS or NIGHTS – 36 hours (3 x 12 Hour Shifts) 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am (Inc. Alternative Weekends) Based on the outskirts of Downham Market you will be joining a fantastic group of homes, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes. The home is a welcoming, carefully designed home and you will be tasked with assisting with the resident’s care plan, supervising the caring team, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met. Key Responsibilities To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive. To act as a key worker for a named group of residents, ensuring that these responsibilities are carried out in full (as defined in the training manual). Person specification Minimum of 1 year relevant experience of working in a caring environment (essential). Details Pay rate is £9.20 per hour Day shifts 8am-8pm (Inc.
