You'll be working in a close knit team with a real passion for what they do and due to growth this opportunity with progression has arisen. Your new role If you like variety, look no further, this could be the job for you You will find a nice mix of customer service and administration with a chance to progress. Your typical duties will include: You'll be the first friendly contact and face of the business speaking to customers both face to face and on the phone. You'll be good at maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You'll also be a vital support to the office team around you reporting to the sales manager being responsible for day to day office enquiries. You'll receive comprehensive training on the company and their values, will assist with sales order processing along with document organisation and filing. You'll be closely liaising the production manager being proactive in efficient problem solving. You'll be offering a friendly, efficient customer service whilst maintaining a commercial approach. You'll also manage social media accounts and manage vehicle adverts. What you'll need to succeed You'll be a friendly and professional person both face to face and on the phone. You'll have great administration skills and experience within Microsoft Word and Excel. You'll be confident in managing your own workload and have great attention to detail. A full clean driving licence An interest/experience within the motor industry is an advantage but not essential.
