They love to continuously improve so if you think you have some bright ideas in strategy - this unique position is definitely one for you Responsibilities include - Management of Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger. Bank Reconciliations. Petty cash responsibility. Processing of company credit card expenses and reconciliations. Allocate and manage company allowances. Assist in month end preparation. Budget preparation,audit and investigation assistance. Assist Finance Manager with projects. Journal posting. Balance sheet reconciliation. Assist in P&L, cost saving exercises. Ideal Candidate - Proven experience in accounts. Qualification(desireable) Excellent numeric and analytical skills. Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy skills. Ability to work under pressure. Adaptable and willing to continously improve. Excellent system skills - (Sage advantageous). Fully competent on all areas of Microsoft Office.
