Imperial Workforce are delighted to announce that we are working exclusively with a large food manufacturing organisation who are looking to appoint a full-time Line Leader to join their growing organisation Job Title: Line Leader Location: Middlesbrough Salary: £9.30 per hour Hours: Full Time - 4 on 4 off (12 hour shifts) Type: Permanent Highlighted Responsibilities: · Report production issues to Production Manager · Manage the line and operators · Take full responsibility for food safety · Complete safety start-up checks · Responsible for holidays and sickness cover · Record waste and downtimes · Manage line break downs and seek Engineers support · Attend regular production meetings · Train line operators · Maximise output by ensuring line is up to speed · Ensure products are at right specification · Ensure health and safety procedures are met at all times Requirements: · Excellent communication and supervisory skills · Lead a team · Attention to detail · Ability to challenge others
